With KESS3, you can read and write via OBD the Magneti Marelli 11GF ECUs installed on FCA Group segment A vehicles and the Bosch MED17.8.10.1 ECUs installed on DFSK Motor SUVs. And that’s not all: you can also work on bench on several other engine control units from Mercedes, Audi, Fiat, DFSK Motor, and Ford, as well as the TCU Bosch ZF AL551/8HP55 and Bosch ZF ES10-1002. Bosch ZF8HP55
Designed for large flagships, the ZF8HP torque converter is the technological evolution of the previous ZF6HP, that allows a significant reduction in fuel consumption thanks to the additional gears. Furthermore, the technological innovation of this transmission, due to structural modifications, reduces gear change times to up to 200 milliseconds, offering the possibility of non-sequential gear changes. In fact, it allows shifting from eighth to second gear when necessary.
Installed on high-performance vehicles with rear or all-wheel drive and longitudinal engines, this is the transmission of the iconic and ultra-high-performance Audi RS6 and RS7. The winning choice comes from the combination with the 4.0 V8 TFSI engine. In this specific case, ECM Titanium plays a key role in seeking extreme performance. Thanks to good recalibration, these vehicles can achieve significant performance increases for both the engine and the automatic transmission.
